Mr. Wong, the Owner of Stall 25.

Mr. Wong, the hawker of Stall 25 in Medan Selera Kampar sells beverages for many years and the Ice Blended White Coffee is the most well-known to the citizens in Kampar. He commenced his business as a hawker in Kampar since 13 years ago after he returned from US. He stated that he once worked as a waiter in one of the cafés in US and he has learned on how to make special beverages. Therefore, when he began his business, he would like to apply one of the skills he learned which is ice-blended drinks. His first try was ice blended fruit juices such as dragon fruit, honeydew and watermelon as most of his customers are middle age and above. His customers like his fruit drinks due to the lower selling price and its nutrients.

However, Mr. Wong realized that most of his customers prefer to drink coffee when they have their breakfast. Therefore, he started to search for coffee powder that suit his local customers’ taste with affordable. In the end, he found it!

As he desired to have creative and special drinks in his menu and not sacrificing its affordable price, he came out with the idea of “iceberg” Ice Blended White Coffee 10 years ago. He tried to mix the coffee powder with the fixed portion of secret ingredients to improve the fragrance of the coffee and guess what, he made it! Once he started selling, more people are attracted by this unique drink which is only RM4 each glass. Then, his iceberg Ice Blended White Coffee becomes the most famous beverage in Kampar.
